How can I contact you?

How long will it take for my computer to arrive?

We guarantee that the computer will be dispatched within 7 working days of the payment clearing. If there is a problem in the building or testing phase and it takes longer than this, we will refund you the postage price as an apology.

I don't live in the UK. Can I still buy a computer from you?

Because of courier limitations, we only ship to the U.K. at the moment.

I can't customise the computer in the way I want to. Are you able to make changes not included in the customisation area of the site?

Yes, we can customise your computer in any way that you would like. If you don't see the component that you want in the customisation area send us an email and we will send you a quote for the particular component or upgrade.

What warranty do you offer on your computers?

We offer a 2 years RTB warranty on all PCs and 2 years technical support over the phone. This warranty covers any physical problems which occur within 2 years of the PC being dispatched. If there is a fault, you can send the computer back to us, although this should only be done after you've confirmed the fault with one of our technical advisors. When it gets to us we will perform all necessary repairs and return the computer to you. For more information see our Returns and Warranty section.

Do you have a shop or retail outlet where I can collect the PC from?

We are an internet-based company and therefore we don't have any premises from which a PC can be collected. This allows us to dramatically lower our overheads and offer some of the lowest prices in the UK.

I'm confused by all of the specifications. Can you offer me any advice?

Do you offer discounts on multiple purchases?

We are able to to offer a discount if you are buying multiple computers. If you are planning to make a large order and would like more details, email us at sales@immersiontech.co.uk.

I'm not happy about making a payment over the internet. Do you accept any other payment methods?

We currently take online payments using Google Checkout. This is a totally secure service run by Google, one of the largest internet-based companies in the world. For more information click here. Alternatively, we can accept payment by cheque, bankers draft or postal order. The computer will be dispatched when the payment has cleared.
